It is so sad that we have no independent bookstore near us. A town about 45 minutes away has opened one “Black Cat Oddities” and I am looking forward to checking it out. My daughter lives in FL and we always go to Books+Bottle, great bookstore.

That is sad! Luckily a lot of great indies can ship! But hopefully someone in your community will open one :)

My favorite indie bookstore is Schuler Books in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Unfortunately, your book tour stops are too far away.

The Nowhere Bookshop in San Antonio.

No tour stops close enough to San Antonio for me to attend. Maybe another time.

Theodore's Books in Oyster Bay, NY but we also have Book RePort opening in Port Washington, NY next week. Yay for new Indies! Pretty sure I'm seeing a matinee on June 7 so will pop by Bedhead Pajamas afterwards.

I have two favorites to which we have to travel: Book People in Austin TX and Parnassus in Nashville TN. Often, I order from them and have them ship. [There are others that we've never visited, but from whom I order when a favorite author signs preorders there.]
